How scheduled maintenance is handled
ASE Certified technicians at Murphy's Autocare perform factory scheduled maintenance on foreign, domestic, and hybrid models, and will work with you on a schedule that fits the vehicle. The menu includes 30K, 60K, and 90K and up factory programs, safety and emissions inspections, trip inspections, maintenance inspections, and check engine light diagnostics. Oil changes cover synthetic, high-mileage, and diesel grades. Fluid services cover transmission, brake, power steering, antifreeze, differential, and transfer case. Also on the list: air conditioning maintenance, engine tune-up, timing belt service, filter replacement, belts and hoses, fuel injection cleaning for gas and diesel, battery replacement, brake pad and shoe replacement, software updates and re-flashing of the PCM and BCM, pre-purchase inspections, and fleet lubricant and fluid analysis with a Spectro Scientific MicroLab 30.
Hybrid drivetrain and high-voltage battery service is done by ASE Master Certified technicians. Examples named in the shop FAQ include Toyota Prius, Ford Escape Hybrid, and Honda Insight.
A visit includes a digital vehicle inspection. Photos and video go to your phone or email so you see worn pads, a leak, or uneven tire wear before a repair starts. Your approval is required before repair work begins. Oil change price depends on the engine, the oil (conventional, synthetic blend, or full synthetic), and the filter. Call for a quote rather than using a single posted price. There are never hidden fees or surprise add-ons.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm. Both shops are closed on weekends. A complimentary shuttle can take you home or to work. Free fluid level checks do not need an appointment. For a 60K or 90K service, scheduling ahead gives the shop time to have the right technician ready.
Questions
How often should the car be serviced? Factory programs run at 30K, 60K, and 90K miles, and the shop will work with you on the schedule that fits how the vehicle is used. A longer walk-through is on how often should I service my vehicle.
