What tire service covers
Tire service covers new tire sales for all major brands, tire and wheel vibration diagnosis, Tire Rack recommended installer status, balancing, and rotation. It applies to foreign and domestic cars and trucks, plus ATVs, RVs, and lawn equipment.
You can order through Tire Rack and have the tires shipped to Murphy's for installation. If you are not sure which tire fits the vehicle, the driving, and the budget, ask at either shop. The FAQ also lists alignment with installation, balancing, and rotation.
Balancing and rotation are separate from selling a new set. A highway vibration can be a tire, a wheel, or something else in the rotating assembly, which is why vibration diagnosis is its own line. A free alignment check is on the always-free list and is the first look when wear is uneven. The alignment repair, two-wheel or four-wheel, including modified vehicles, is not one of the free checks.
A covered, lighted tire air station is available 24 hours. That station is air only, not a repair.
ASE Certified technicians mount and service tires. Senior technicians hold ASE Master Certification. If an inspection finds a related problem, photos and video go to your phone or email, and you approve any repair before it starts.

Both shops are open Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm, and closed on weekends. A complimentary shuttle can cover the install visit. Walk-ins are welcome. An appointment is the better plan when you are installing a full set.
