How repair work is handled
Repair covers domestic and foreign cars and trucks, hybrids, ATVs, RVs, and lawn equipment. Services run from diagnostics and check engine light service through engines, emissions, transmissions, clutches, differentials, electrical, A/C and heat, cooling, suspension, alignment (including modified vehicles), exhaust, struts and shocks, glass, door electrical, windshields, and sunroofs.
ASE Certified technicians do the work. Senior technicians hold ASE Master Certification. Before a repair is sold, the shop does a digital vehicle inspection and sends photos and video to your phone or email. The report separates what needs attention now from what can wait. Your approval is required before any repair begins. For larger jobs such as transmission work, engine replacement, or a major brake job, ask a service advisor about financing options. Payment methods are cash, personal checks, and major credit cards.
A check engine light repair visit means diagnosis, not just a code reading. The free code reading is a separate always-free service. Repair diagnosis is how the shop finds the cause and prices the fix.

Questions
What vehicles do you repair? All makes and models: domestic and foreign cars, trucks, SUVs, minivans, and light-duty fleet vehicles, plus the ATVs, RVs, and lawn equipment named on this page.
Do you estimate before you start? Yes, every time. The digital inspection is an itemized report. Nothing is repaired until you approve it.
How do I know what it will cost? The shop has to see the vehicle. A phone guess is not a written estimate. The inspection is what produces the price. More on that process is in so how much will it cost to repair my car.
